Cialis works by increasing the blood flow to the penis to help with erectile dysfunction and relaxes muscles in both the prostate and near the bladder to help with enlarged prostate.

If the side effects are minor, the medicine will typically only last 48 hours in your body before clearing up but may takes days to fully clear up. If problems, persist it should be taken to a doctor.
How to Buy It: It is prescribed by your doctor if he deems it helpful to the patient, in one of the many dosages and used for a specific purpose. Be sure to ask your doctor if you think that you may benefit from Cialis, as if you have ED it could definitely change your sex life.
