Cialis is used to treat erectile dysfunction, ED. It normally relaxes muscles of the walls of the blood vessels and this increases blood flow to particular body organs. Although it has a number of side effects, it is so far the safest option for treating erectile dysfunction.
Interactions
Drug interactions can change how the medication works or increase the chance of serious side effects. Before using Cialis, create a list of the drugs you use and any serious medical history related to the heart, liver, stomach or kidneys. You need to share this with your doctor or a Cialis professional.
Cialis can lead to a drop in blood pressure if used together with nitrates. This can be noted from symptoms such as fainting, dizziness and a heart attack on an extreme case. Therefore do not use Cialis when using nitrates such as isosorbide, and poppers such as butyl nitrite. You should also avoid Cialis if you are taking alpha blocker medication for treating high blood pressure or an enlarged prostate. This is because Cialis can significantly lower your blood pressure. Your doctor might give you lower doses of Cialis to start with. This reduces the chances of low blood pressure. Other drugs that may affect the effectiveness of Cialis in your body include HIV protease inhibitors, azole antifungals and macrolide inhibitors such as erythromycin and clarithromycin.
Dosage

It will help one reach erection once sexual stimulation takes place. If you happen to experience numbness, dizziness, nausea or pain in your neck, jaw or arms after using Cialis, contact your doctor immediately. You could be experiencing a serious Cialis side effect.
